For them, Ayurveda wasn’t something new to discover.

It was simply a way of life.

From Our Home to Yours

As we grew older, we realised something.

The wisdom we had grown up with was becoming harder to find in a world filled with complicated routines and quick fixes.

So we created Nushke with a simple idea: take the traditional Ayurvedic wisdom our families have trusted for generations and make it easier to bring into modern everyday life.

No complicated rituals.
No intimidating routines.

Just thoughtfully created Ayurvedic wellness products inspired by the nushke we grew up seeing at home.

Why “Nushke”?

In Indian homes, nushke are those little remedies, rituals and pieces of wisdom that somehow travel from one generation to the next.

The kind your Daadi or Nani tells you about before you even think of searching for a solution elsewhere.

That feeling of familiar, time-tested care is what inspired our name.

Nushke is our way of taking that wisdom beyond our own home and sharing it with yours.

It Started With Gut Fix

Our first product, Gut Fix, was created around one of the most familiar areas of traditional wellness—digestion and gut health.

Because if there was one thing we repeatedly saw growing up, it was our elders paying attention to digestion using simple, natural practices.

Gut Fix brings that philosophy into a convenient everyday format designed for modern routines.

And this is only where our story begins.
